Mango Popsicles

These Mango Popsicles will surely cool you off on a hot summer day! Only 3 simple, healthy ingredients! Fruity, cool, and fresh!

Yep, another 3 ingredients mango dessert because the mango frozen yogurt wasn’t enough.

Plus, you couldn’t eat that on a stick and, as we agreed on when we ate dairy free paleo pudding banana pops, we all know eating food on a stick is WAY more fun.

Honestly, can’t even believe how delicious these sunny little pops are with such simple ingredients that you PROBABLY already have on hand.

Meaning there is only a few hours in a freezer between you and these fruity little mango pops RIGHT NOW.

Why you will LOVE This Recipe

When the weather warms up, I’m always on the lookout for frozen treats to keep me cool and satisfy my cravings for sweets! BUT did you know you can have all that dessert-y goodness with better-for-you ingredients, too?! Take chickpea cookie dough homemade ice cream cake, for example! Creamy, chocolatey, ice creamy deliciousness, but also PROTEIN! I also have lower fat options here on the blog, like my healthy ice cream recipe with pomegranate and chocolate. If you like the sounds of these amazing desserts, you are going to LOVE all natural mango popsicles! They require only 3 healthy ingredients, are SO unbelievably easy to make, and taste creamy, cool and refreshing as well! Freeze up a batch and your crew will thank you!

Ingredients Needed

Like I said before, these mango cream popsicles are crazy easy to make and only call for 3 ingredients! Don’t worry, that doesn’t mean they aren’t flavorful, creamy and tropical! Here’s what you’ll need to make them:

Frozen Mango Chunks, thawedFull Fat Coconut MilkHoney

Fresh or Frozen Mangos?

For this mango popsicle recipe, I used frozen mango chunks. I find them really easy to use because they’ve already been peeled, diced and up and frozen for convenience! I can often find them for a great price in the freezer aisle too, especially compared to fresh mangos. All that being said, though, you can absolutely use fresh mangos if that’s what you have on hand!

How to make Mango Popsicles

Blend

Place all 3 ingredients into a high powered blender and blend on high until smooth.

Fill

Pour the blended mixture into a silicone popsicle mold, leaving a bit of room at the top of each one and insert the sticks.

Freeze and Enjoy

Place the popsicle mold into the freezer until frozen and set. Remove the popsicles by running the mold under water, and DEVOUR!

Recipe Variations

There are so many ways to mix up this popsicle recipe to suit your preferences! If they are a bit tart for your liking, double the amount of honey to sweeten them up a bit! If you’re looking for a bit more texture, dice up some mango and throw it into the mixture. You can chop up other fruits of your choice and toss them in, too. If you’re not crazy about coconut flavor, leave out the coconut milk and use water or almond milk instead!
