Enjoy the flavors of summer in a refreshing cocktail with this Strawberry Mojito! A minty, bubbly, fruity fresh delight!
Inquiring minds want to know: are you team “traditional” mojito or team “mix it up?”
I mean, I am a mojito all inclusivist and love them all BUT if I had to choice?
Team MIX IT UP all the way.
I like them blended into blended raspberry mojitos or mixed with some electrolytes when I am sipping on a coconut blueberry mojito recipe.
Sometimes, all you need is a little more fruit action like in the watermelon mojito or THESE summer-y sips.

How to make a Strawberry Mojito Recipe
Delicious drinks do NOT have to be complicated to make, and these mojitos certainly prove that! Here’s how to make them:
In between 2 highball glasses, divide up the mint leaves and lime wedges. Use a muddler to muddle the limes and mint really well. Divide the syrup and strawberries between both glasses and use the muddler to muddle them once again, until everything is nice and juicy.
Divide the rum and club soda between the 2 glasses, then stir it all up. Sip and enjoy!
How to make them a Mocktail
If you are steering clear of alcoholic beverages for whatever reason, you can still enjoy this strawberry mint mojito recipe! Simply leave out the rum, and add a bit more simple syrup and club soda. It’s still such a fresh, fruity and refreshing drink as a mocktail!
Top Tips for making Strawberry Mojitos
Make the simple syrup ahead: Syrup can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge in an airtight container to save time when you’re mixing up drinks for your friends and family. Check out honey simple syrup for a naturally sweetened version of the classic simple syrup.
Use Fresh Strawberries: Try and pick out the juiciest strawberries you can to make this cocktail! The deeper red, the more flavorful your strawberries will be in this delicious mojito recipe!
Use Flavored Rum: I love a summery, tropical coconut rum every now and again, so feel free to use that instead of regular white rum to make these mojitos, or any other flavored rum you want!
Add other fruits: There’s no reason you need to stick with strawberries in your cocktails! Feel free to swap them out for other berries, or throw in some peaches or mango to mix things up a bit!
