I’m going to be honest: I often feel a bit overwhelmed by Amazon Prime Day. The magnitude of offerings combined with the short time the deals are available often leaves me feeling paralyzed by indecision. How do I know which Prime Day deals are worth the energy I spend building my cart? And if I don’t like what I order, do I really want to bother with the hassle of a return?

On the flip side, I love a good sale (I mean, who doesn’t?), so it can be worth wading through the options to find something that can spark joy, make your life a little easier, or bring comfort to your practice. At least that’s what I’m telling myself as I click, “Add to cart.” Here are some of our picks for this Amazon Prime Day—let’s get shopping!

While there are plenty of yoga mats on sale for Amazon Prime Day, this one from Yogi Bare Paws goes beyond your basic mat. With body alignment guides, eco-conscious materials, a non-slip grip, and 4mm of thickness, this mat can easily take you from the studio to outdoors. Plus, for every sale of a Wild Paws mat, a tree will be planted through the nonprofit Hometree. $104.95

Whether you’re new to yoga or are looking to advance your practice, this set of Yoga Cards can help expand your asana knowledge. Featuring 97 poses, 6 breathing exercises, 11 guided sequences, and two Sun Salutations, this set is like having your own yoga teacher in your pocket. $37.95

Bring comfort to your restorative practice with this soft bolster pillow from Ajna. Made from recycled, 100 percent vegan materials, you can relax knowing that you are supported and safe. $69.99

Deepen your stretches and soothe aches and pains with this set of yoga wheels. With three different sizes and pressures, you’ll find one that suits your comfort level and practice. As an added bonus, this set comes with a massage ball so you can roll out stubborn sore spots. $36.99

If your home practice could use some additional support, snag this deal on a two-pack of cork yoga blocks. Made of 100 percent natural cork, this set is both eco-conscious and durable. $23.59

This is your gentle reminder that it’s time to clean your mat. This non-toxic, plant-based spray can reduce odor and eliminate sweat residue while infusing your mat with delicate aromatherapy—lavender and chamomile or rosemary lemon. Bonus: It comes complete with a microfiber cloth that won’t leave lint behind. $9.99

Let’s face it: It’s a whole lot easier to sit in meditation when you’re comfortable. This meditation cushion is filled with 100 percent buckwheat hull, which offers firmness and stability, but is topped with a layer of foam that allows for a soft spot to sit. $47.14

These handmade mala beads are crafted with 108 natural gemstones—such as amazonite, agate, topaz, and jade—and a pure silk tassel. The cord is also double-threaded and knotted between each bead to ensure stability and longevity. $12.99

As if you needed further proof that you can do yoga in pants other than leggings—these cropped, flared pants from BALEAF fit the bill for your next asana practice. Plus, they have pockets! $26.99

For a more relaxed take on yoga wear—and everywhere wear—try these soft modal pants from Calvin Klein. With a tapered leg, you don’t have to worry about these pants riding up in inversions, and the elastic waist provides comfort and stretch, whether you’re practicing or lounging. And more pockets! $22.53–$31.50

While there are a ton of mat bags available on Amazon Prime Day, we prefer one that can fit everything you need for class. The Ewedoos bag not only carries your mat, but also has a large side pocket for your water bottle and towel, and an interior pocket for your valuables. Plus, the canvas fabric and wide strap make it comfortable and durable. $23.99–$26.09

Even if you don’t have a “smart” home, you can have a “smart” aromatherapy diffuser. This Wifi-enabled, high-tech product from Sierra Modern Home is compatible with Google Home and Amazon Alexa so you can use your voice to control the colors, mist settings, and more. As an added bonus, the diffuser also doubles as a humidifier to help you breathe a bit easier. $31.96
