Everyone needs a good salad dressing recipe in their back pocket because homemade dressing ALWAYS tastes better! Orange maple tahini dressing is a fun one I like to use on my salads in the fall and winter, and avocado dressing is great because it literally goes with everything! Today’s whole30 approved salad dressing is a new favorite because it is super versatile, easy to make, healthy and of COURSE, delish! It’s impossibly quick to whip up and stores well in the fridge, so what’s not to love?
Ingredients needed to make this Recipe
Raise your hand if you LOVE a recipe that uses healthy ingredients, is easy to make, and when you look in the fridge, all the ingredients are already there! Seriously, I don’t think there is a better feeling than not having to run to the store to grab the ingredients from a recipe that you don’t have! THIS is one of those recipes, the BEST of all the whole30 dressing recipes, and you only need a handful of ingredients to make it. Here’s what you’ll need to pull together before we get started:
Balsamic vinegarDijon mustardGarlicExtra Virgin Olive OilSalt, to taste
How to make Whole30 Dressing
This salad dressing isn’t fussy or finicky to put together. Just a bit of whisking, stream in the oil, and there you have it! A flavorful, healthy, whole30 approved dressing to use on all the salads!
Whisk
In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients except the oil and whisk vigorously until combined.
Stream
While whisking constantly, slowly stream in the oil until the dressing thickens and all the oil is incorporated.
Serve
Season to taste with salt and pour on everything! DEVOUR!

This whole30 dressing is really versatile in that it compliments many different dishes and adds the perfect amount of acidity and flavor! How to store Homemade Salad Dressing
Now that you know how easy it is to make your own salad dressing, I’m sure you will be making it ALL the time. Cheaper and often more tasty than store bought dressing, it’s a no-brainer! I make all my own dressings, and they can be as fancy and funky as you want, or as simple and classic. This dressing is one of my faves because it goes with everything! It also stores and lasts really well when kept in the fridge. I recommend storing it in an airtight container, such as a mason jar or old salad dressing bottle. It will last for up to a couple of weeks!

Instructions
Whisk all the ingredients except the oil in a medium bowl.
